I'm sorry about the Pocket shutdown news. It sucks when an app you rely on shuts down, especially one you've trusted with years of saved articles.

We're here to help make your transition to Instapaper as easy as possible.

Instapaper launched in 2008 as a simple, reliable way to save articles to read later. Seventeen years later, we're still here, using Instapaper daily to save and read articles, and working full-time on improving the product.

I'm genuinely proud and humbled to say that many former Pocket users have already made the switch, and many of them tell us they wish they'd moved sooner.

Here's what's different about us: We're not VC-backed. We're not owned by a big tech company. We're profitable, independent, and this is our only focus.

I'm impressed. My testing and usage have been excellent. There's the transition of new procedures from Pocket to Instapaper. Not bad and easily accomplished. I especially appreciate the "Summarize" option using AI. There are some articles I want to read, but not always in-depth, if they're just general good-to-know items. I've started recommending your offering to clients, canceled Pocket auto-billing, and signed up for your 3-month free trial to Instapaper Premium.
