You are able do things freely out of unconditional love. Loving yourself completely gives you power to love others without resistance. Spiritual awareness is vital for relationship. You know that it is you and not them. The less you would give your power to the external by blaming others. The more you'd bring back the power to yourself by thinking about how you are causing the experience or the issue. Remember that you are the cause of everything in your world. This attitude causes you to be responsible for all the issues in it and responsibility is power. You're able to decide what thoughts and actions to change in order to engage the situation differently for a different experience. The more you accept yourself, the more you are able to accept others. The less you would need others to change. It does not mean you do not intend others to change, because it is a good thing for them to grow and change for the better. You just do not care as much. You are carefree and therefore you can be happy without others being able to take away your happiness. When you can accept others, that's when you're able to love them freely. When you do not resist what they are, they're free to change. The less do you need to criticize and judge others. You may have judgments in your own mind, but the less do you voice them out. You are able to allow them to be what they are because you have found a way to be in harmony with the world and the people in it. You understand that others have the freedom to live their own lives and think their own way. You are free to choose who to relate with and for what purposes you wish to accomplish with them. You're more focused on how to best fulfill your agenda. The less do you need to defend yourself. You will find that you free up a lot more energy for being. You do not have to waste your time arguing and fighting. You can allow others to have their own opinions and view of things. You pick your arguments selectively. You'd rather spend your time focusing on those who're more likely to agree with you and which will more likely get you the outcome you want. Even if many are against you, you would still simply do your work and let it have its effect than fighting back. Be aware of your energy. Be aware when you are feeling resistance towards others unconsciously. You experience resistance and rejection from others because you are unconsciously resisting and rejecting them in some ways. Everyone has ups and downs, everyone gets stressed out. It's fine it happens to everyone, but how you deal with these problems is a totally different story. One of the most stressful and difficult things to master is dealing with relationship problems. One of the worst feelings in the world is to come home from work and find yourself amidst a raging argument with your partner. It can be over something as simple as forgetting to put the toilet seat down or not calling at lunch time. Suddenly you find yourself on the defensive, fighting about something that a clear mind would view as senseless and blatant waste of time and life. The truth is that dealing with relationship problems is a difficult task. So difficult that many couples avoid discussing them at all costs, they'd rather continue using the odd fight to release pent up emotions then set aside a few minutes each day to discuss what's going on. The root of most relationship problems lies in the inability to communicate what the problem is. Instead the tension builds up to the point where it can no longer stay bottled up inside and you find yourself chewing your partners head off over leaving the bathroom light on. It's a rampant problem but it can be easily fixed if both you and your partner are willing to work on it. With improved communication you'll find less tension building between you and your partner. On the odd time that tension does arise you'll be able to handle it with ease and without having to belittle or degrade your significant other. Dealing with relationship problems is a stressful task but with a little effort it can soon be a thing of the past. Fixing a relationship is really no different than fixing anything else that's broken. What makes fixing a relationship so hard are the emotional issues that tend to take free reign when things go wrong. More oftentimes than not, the number one area where a relationship begins to breakdown is the area of commitment. Fights, cold exchanges and everyday pressures can weaken a couples' sense of commitment towards their relationship. Herein lies one of the destructive effects of emotions run wild. This can be seen most clearly when our sense of commitment to our job, or work life is compared to our sense of commitment towards our relationship. Job commitments are connected to our means of survival (food, shelter, clothing). Because of the importance of these needs, our approach towards the job commitment tends to be less flexible than that towards a relationship. We take a more visionary perspective of our role inside the job commitment, and our reason to keep it. This type of perspective lets little things be little things. It also loosens us up to take more creative approaches when dealing with big problems. In effect, the importance of the commitment increases our tolerance threshold considerably. This is the kind of commitment depicted inside the marriage vow, "til death do we part". It's an attitude. It's a state of mind that makes dealing with relationship problems a clearer, and more grounded task at hand. It keeps our emotional sensitivities in check; unless issues arise that totally violate a couples sense of togetherness. And even then, emotions don't run as high as when commitment has become a back burner issue. Truth be told, as much as we want out relationship to be that special and magical place, being in it for the long haul requires a working commitment. Once the importance of this commitment starts to weaken, problems take on an importance of their own. So when we start to see, or feel a rift developing in our relationships, questioning the root issue of commitment is a good place to look. The ultimate question being : Do I really ...really...want this to work ...or not? Every relationship has its ups and downs. How well you are able to handle the downs ultimately decides whether a relationship will work or not. According to psychologists, the three most common relationship problems are fear of intimacy, fear of change and fear of abandonment. Fear of intimacy is when a person is afraid to open himself or herself up and allow the partner to see their thoughts, feelings and opinions. Basically, the person loses his or her originality as he or she starts agreeing with everything the partner says or expresses. In addition, the person is afraid to show his or her weakness because they feel that their partner might use it against them. This fear can be overcome by a conscious effort. No relationship can sustain itself if one partner does not communicate. Fear of change is the next problem that many relationships face. Here the partner is so used to being in the relationship that he or she is unwilling to call it off even when things are not working out for the person. Also, the person may have an inherent fear that the partner might change, which might change the relationship. Basically, the person is content to live in his or her comfort zone even when things are not working out. Fear of abandonment is a genuine problem that many relationships face. The person is afraid to reveal his or her true self because they fear that their partner may not like them and thus, leave them. People, who have this fear, are afraid to be on their own. They prefer to cling on which can be suffocating for the other person. In case you suffer from any of these relationship problems, you should first take steps to acknowledge it. Then you should speak to your partner about your fear and ask him or her to help you overcome it. Of course, you will have to work hard to get over the fear. In case this does not work, you should seek help of a counselor. Being in a relationship can be really amazing most of the time. You spend a lot of time together, have fun, and love each other. You feel on top of the world. But, like any good thing, there are always downsides. Learning how to deal with relationship problems before they get too bad can help to keep your relationship strong and happy. If a lack of sex is the issue, it might be because both of you are working a lot and just do not have time, or maybe you are in the mood and she isn't. If you are both stressed a lot and seem to be taking it out on each other, it might be time to slow things down. Take a day together and visit a spa to relieve some of the stress. This is sure to get both of you in a better state of mind and you will relieve stress. If your issues are caused by over-exposure to your partner, spend some time apart. You don't need to break up, but just spend the day doing separate things. Maybe you could go to a movie by yourself and she could go to a friend's house to hang out. Spending time apart will help you remember the things you love about each other. When you are in a long term relationship problems are bound to come up now and then. Knowing how to deal with relationship issues before they get too serious is the key to keeping a relationship healthy and strong

You may find out things you didn't know, and your lover may very well open up to you about his own difficulties. Sometimes opening the channels of communication can really help the healing process progress in a positive direction.
